Philip is a partner at DAC Beachcroft and heads up the Manchester Employment team. He advises a wide variety of UK employers upon all aspects of employment law and practice including large-scale reorganisations, TUPE, executive departures and industrial relations.
In addition to supporting national clients, DACB’s Manchester office boasts a strong regional client base. The office also supports its local community, investing time in helping young people with their educational needs through Action Tutoring and hosting events for the Manchester Cares community. Last month, the office reinforced its long-standing commitment to inclusivity by launching its own ACCESS group, part of DACB’s wider racial inclusion network.
