Stuart is a Legal 500 named employment lawyer with a diverse respondent practice, regularly providing advice to PLCs, limited companies and public sector employers. He has over 20 years' experience, most recently with Ward Hadaway, where he was a partner in their employment department since 2015 and led their Healthcare Employment practice in the North East since 2018.
Stuart has a track record of delivering high-quality advice and representation on a range of employment law and HR issues, including industrial relations, organisational change, TUPE, discrimination and whistleblowing. He also regularly undertakes his own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal.
