DAC Beachcroft has been reappointed to the legal panel for FTSE 250 listed national housebuilder, Bellway Homes.
The panel appointment, which took effect from 1 February 2025, extends the existing appointment for a further two years. The appointment will see a DACB cross-sector team, led by DACB Construction & Engineering partner James Harrison, support Bellway on:
- Land, planning and plot sales – North
- Land, planning and plot sales – Central
- Land, planning and plot sales – West / South West
- Land, planning and plot sales – London and South East
- Construction non-contentious (including ad hoc general commercial contracts instructions)
- Construction litigation
- Employment
- Insurance
- Corporate and company secretarial
- Litigation / Dispute Resolution (including data protection and regulatory instructions as well as commercial and property litigation)
