International law firm DAC Beachcroft has secured another set of strong rankings in the recently published 2025 Chambers Guide to Latin America, further cementing its position as one of the leading insurance law firms in the region.
In Chile DACB has achieved a top-tier Band 1 ranking in Insurance for the first time. The firm has also retained its Band 1 ranking for Insurance: International Counsel in recognition of its expertise in advising on high-level, cross-border mandates involving Latin America. In Colombia, DACB continues to be recognised in Band 2 for Insurance, while in Mexico it has once again secured a Band 3 ranking.
Partner Andrés Amunátegui (Chile) has risen to a Band 1 ranking in Insurance, while Partner Martín Argañaraz (Argentina) has retained his Insurance Band 1 ranking and Senior Consultant Camila de la Torre (Colombia) is once again recognised as a 'Most in Demand Arbitrator' with her Band 1 ranking in Dispute Resolution. Anthony Menzies (London) and Duncan Strachan (London) have also secured Band 2 rankings in Insurance.
Following DACB's recent launch in Lima, the firm now boasts an individual recognition in Peru with Manuel Quiroga Suito ranked in Band 3 for Insurance, along with Camila de la Torre (Colombia), Mark Kendall (London) and Miguel Ángel de la Fuente Estrada (Mexico). Juan Diego Arango (Colombia) and Ana Catalina Restrepo (Colombia) have secured their first Band 4 ranking in Insurance, and Nicolás Le Blanc (Chile) has also been recognised for the first time as an 'Associate to watch'.
