International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to welcome partner Jeff Middleton to its Employment Pensions and Immigration (EPI) group in Manchester.
Jeff is a highly rated employment lawyer with over 35 years' experience, most recently with Hill Dickinson LLP where he has acted as National Head of the firm's Employment, Education & Pensions team since 2010.
His experience in the private sector has seen Jeff work with a diverse range of clients, with his expertise covering TUPE, redundancies, dismissal claims and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion law. Jeff also has a reputation as a highly skilled advocate and negotiator based on his experience representing clients in the employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
