Ben specialises in defending clinical negligence claims brought against NHS Trusts, General and Dental Practitioners as well as doctors acting in a private capacity.

He has been advising clients on a wide range of cases including brain injuries, amputations, delay in diagnosis of cancer and claims relating to mental health issues since joining DAC Beachcroft LLP in 2013.

Ben primarily conducts cases on behalf of NHS Resolution and the Medical and Dental Defence Union. He has also advised private insurers and their insureds in the past. Prior to joining the firm, he represented claimants in clinical negligence claims.
