Kirsty is an insurance litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in London.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  Kirsty specialises in international and domestic contentious insurance matters including professional indemnity defence and coverage work (involving brokers, accountants, solicitors, financial professionals, trustees, offshore financial and corporate service providers, pension administrators and actuaries).

Kirsty also leads our transactional liability team and as a result advises in respect of a large number of complex warranty and indemnity claims and the policy coverage issues arising. She is also experienced in coverholder disputes and D&O matters.

Kirsty’s cases often have an international element and she has worked with local lawyers in jurisdictions such as the USA, Australia, Mexico, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Russia and Germany.
