Lisa is a Partner in London. Lisa has a wide-ranging commercial practice with particular focus on complex breach of contract claims, civil fraud claims and property related issues.  Lisa's cases often have an international dimension, whether litigating in London on behalf of international clients or acting for UK and non-UK based clients in multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Lisa's practice also covers more general commercial litigation work, including misrepresentation and warranty claims, and cases involving injunctive relief.

Lisa advises a wide range of clients including financial institutions, high net-worth individuals, corporates, house builders, construction companies and property investment companies.

Her experience includes acting for an Italian bank, in multi-million pound proceedings in relation to the restructuring of financial transactions, acting for a financial services firm in relation to cases alleging fraud against counter-parties, acting on a mortgage fraud claim against a house builder client and securing a significant win for a property investment client in a case involving fraudulent misrepresentations made prior to a contract.

In addition to claims in both the Commercial Court and Chancery Division, Lisa has experience of resolving disputes either through arbitration or other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Of particular note, Lisa has recently been engaged in acting on behalf of a significant number of witnesses in connection with a $5 billion international arbitration in an oil and gas industry dispute, with the hearing taking place in Singapore in 2018.

Lisa joined DAC Beachcroft as a trainee solicitor in September 2011 and qualified in 2013.  Lisa is now a Senior Associate at DAC Beachcroft.
