Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 1996, joining DAC Beachcroft in Birmingham in 2000. She practised both civil litigation and claims validation before specialising in Criminal Motor Defence, being a founding member of the team.
Rachel represents drivers under police investigation and those subsequently involved in criminal proceedings arising from both complex fatal and serious injury collisions. She has extensive experience advising drivers from the earliest stages of a police investigation, PACE interview, to the conclusion of proceedings at Magistrates' Court or Crown Court trial or earlier plea.
Rachel also regularly attends Coroner's inquests to represent the interests of both individuals and companies.
She delivers pragmatic, measured advice and support to drivers in cases which require highly sensitive handling.
