  • Biography

    Rebecca is experienced in dealing with a wide range of pensions, trusts and financial disputes. 

    She regularly acts for financial institutions, accountants, trustees, actuaries, investment advisors, administrators, pension trustees and other professions. An experienced litigator and participant of many mediations, Rebecca aims is to bring commercial and practical solutions to what can be, at times, complex and technical matters.

    She also regularly advises insurers on draft policy wordings, and acts for insurers in coverage investigations and disputes.

    Rebecca has developed particular experience and expertise dealing with claims involving pensions, trusts and financial related issues.
