Robert Wardle is a member of the Real Estate Group specialising in commercial property work acting for developers, landowners and both landlords and tenants in a range of property and leasing transactions. 

Robert's principal role is acting for major UK shopping centre owners / managers. This involves negotiating and advising on a full range of landlord / tenant documents in the ongoing management of existing centres through which Robert has developed both the technical legal skills which the role demands and a commercial awareness of the clients' key objectives in such deals. Robert has also been directly involved in the leasing work for two of the largest new shopping centres to have opened in England in the last four years, delivering a proactive service which is constantly aware of the critical time scales involved in such work.  

In addition, Robert has experience of acting for banking clients in respect of secured lending work on a wide range of properties involving both UK and off-shore borrowers, as well as the acquisition / disposal of investment properties.
