Biography
Shivang advises and represents the firm’s insurance industry clients in a wide array of complex coverage disputes, principally involving casualty and property lines. He is also experienced in reinsurance matters, the defence of extracontractual liability claims, and corporate litigation. Shivang has worked at law firms based in New York City and New Jersey. His responsibilities included analysis of business relationships, industry and regulatory standards, choice of law, international process, and numerous elements of civil practice in connection with the litigation of multiple claims, including insurance disputes spanning multiple states, nationwide toxic tort claims, and complex securities suits.
