Victoria is the joint head of Corporate Insurance and Risk (CIR) and specialises in advising corporate and insurer clients in relation to a broad range of criminal and civil matters. She qualified in 2008 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2017.

She acts for some of the UK’s most high profile brands, including well known high-street retailers, manufacturers, gyms, restaurants and hotels.

She has a broad portfolio, which includes:

• Regulatory defence work, notably health, safety and environment (HSE) investigations and prosecutions, and inquests.
• Defending large loss and complex Employers’ Liability/Public Liability claims.
• Advising corporate clients on risk management and reducing criminal and civil exposures.
• Crisis management, including controlling PR.

She is recognised by directories as being an expert in her field, and is regularly invited to speak at both external events and internal training days for corporate clients and their teams.
