Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has boosted its Corporate Insurance & Risk (CIR) division with the appointment of two new partners.

Jennifer Ledsham will lead on client delivery for CIR.  A claims operations expert for over 17 years, she has re-engineered and managed end-to-end claims for corporates with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency and driving performance.  She has headed claims teams locally, remotely and off-shore.

Tim Short will support CIR's Transport & Logistics Industry sector.  He has over 25 years' experience of advising corporates on all issues arising from major motor incidents, including coverage and indemnity, motor prosecutions, fatal accident and large loss claims. His particular focus has been on commercial vehicle fleets, contributing to end-to-end claims solutions for high-profile corporates.

Commenting on the two new partners, Victoria Kennedy, DAC Beachcroft partner and one of the founding commercial directors of its CIR division, said, "We are delighted to welcome Jenny and Tim to CIR.
