    Emily is a commercial lawyer who advises health clients, including digital health and MedTech companies, NHS commissioners and providers, independent healthcare operators, and investors in the health and life sciences sector.

    Emily provides commercial advice to clients on their contractual arrangements, the public procurement regime and regulatory matters. She also advises investors on the regulatory aspects of pharma, biotech, and MedTech transactions. Many of her projects have an international focus, including advising on UK market access.
