Emily is a commercial lawyer who advises health clients, including digital health and MedTech companies, NHS commissioners and providers, independent healthcare operators, and investors in the health and life sciences sector.

Emily provides commercial advice to clients on their contractual arrangements, the public procurement regime and regulatory matters. She also advises investors on the regulatory aspects of pharma, biotech, and MedTech transactions. Many of her projects have an international focus, including advising on UK market access.

Emily has significant experience supporting clients operating in the MedTech and digital health sector, from providing strategic and commercial advice to new market entrants seeking to establish digital health solutions in the NHS, to supporting clients navigating complex regulatory issues such as the regulation of software and AI medical devices.
