Hazel is an Associate in the Casualty Injury team in our London office. Hazel joined DAC Beachcroft in June 2020.
Hazel is a Defendant lawyer who specialises in defending Local Authority claims; specifically Employment Liability and Public Liability claims and Asbestos disease and has had a number of successful trial wins in this area. Prior to joining DAC Beachcroft Hazel lead the Local Authority disease team at her previous firm. Hazel has successfully defended Asbestos related school claims, claims involving tenants , employees and teacher exposure claims.
