Nicola predominately advises shipowners, charterers, commodity traders, and their insurers on an array of legal issues, including cargo and charterparty disputes such as cargo contamination, shortfall, unpaid hire, demurrage, and unseaworthiness claims. Nicola worked as an English-qualified foreign lawyer in Hong Kong for several years and has experience with both the English and Hong Kong courts as well as international arbitration in LMAA, LCIA, SCMA, and SIAC.
