Working on a delegated and non-delegated basis, providing advice at pre-litigation and representation at litigation, our lawyers have the expertise to achieve the best results and we’re always one step ahead of the latest trends.

We work closely with our casualty injury and complex injury lawyers to ensure fraud continues to be identified once a claim is received. Internal training and the triaging of claims underpins fraud detection throughout the life of the claim.

As the first law firm to define organised fraud for EL/PL claims, in the last three years we’ve defeated 77% of organised fraud claims - saving £1m, and delivered training to IFB senior SPOCs.

We were also first to develop a multi-award winning, bespoke EL/PL fraud detection tool, DataFlag, which exploits risk recognition patterns in CNF data.

Working closely with a client to develop this tool, the pilot confirmed that 90% of the riskiest 100 claims identified were suspected fraud, with reserves of over £700,000. The conversion rate is currently 86% and litigation rate 4%.
