Our LLP Group Audit Committee is composed of our two non-executive LLP Group Board members, two elected members of the LLP Group Board and our Senior Partner.
The Committee’s remit includes:
- Monitoring the integrity of the financial statements;
- Reviewing significant finance reporting issues and judgements;
- Reviewing the systems of internal financial control, other internal controls and risk management systems;
- Supporting the LLP Group Board in ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority across the Group; and
- Making recommendations to the LLP Group Board on the appointment, re-appointment or removal of the auditor.
