• Advising digital health providers on their significant / high-value customer contracts
• Advising a medical devices manufacturer on the negotiation of contracts to supply its devices through UK framework agreements
• Advising on a public / private multi-party collaboration to support improved planning and delivery of clinical trials in the UK
• Advising on the full range of clinical research contracts, including clinical trial and investigation agreements (both commercial and non-commercial) and third-party funding/supply agreements
