International law firm DAC Beachcroft is delighted to welcome Nora Fredstie as a partner in the International Arbitration group within its Dispute Resolution practice in London. 

A specialist in international investment arbitration and with significant experience of international commercial arbitration and public international law, Nora joins from White & Case. There, she was a senior associate in its International Arbitration practice. Prior to this, she also spent six years with Latham & Watkins' International Arbitration team in Paris. 

During her career, Nora has acted on international arbitrations in all the major arbitral institutions around the world and has represented clients across a broad spectrum of sectors, with a particular focus on the energy, life sciences and construction industries.

An active participant in industry bodies, she was recently appointed as a delegate to the International Chamber of Commerce Commission on Arbitration and ADR for 2024-2027. She chairs the Young Arbitration Practitioners Norway board and is an ICC YAAF representative for Europe and Central Asia. Nora has been ranked by Who's Who Legal since 2020, and in 2024 was named as one of its 15 most highly-regarded arbitration lawyers in EMEA.
