She has over 10 years’ experience acting for insurer clients dealing with complex product liability cases, cases involving construction defects, and has acted on a vast range of contractual disputes.

• Successfully secured a recovery for an insurer client in a complex group action concerning design defects in products.
• Advising insurers in relation to policy rights in cases where there has been a material non-disclosure at inception of the policy.
• Successfully defending a claim against a local authority for flood damage caused to a residential property.
