Internal investigations can be fraught with challenges for all involved. Our specialist teams of investigators routinely conduct investigations into issues ranging from technical compliance breaches in regulated financial services firms to people related investigations, whether routine grievance and disciplinary issues or whistleblowing allegations through to more complex issues involving criminal or regulatory concerns.

Overview

In an increasingly issue orientated society, our lawyers have conducted some of the most sensitive and high profile investigations across a range of sectors in recent years but most notably in the financial services space.

Any investigation is typically conducted under intense scrutiny from the parties involved. In addition, we have extensive experience of dealing with oversight from regulators and the press as well as management of internal stakeholders. We have particular expertise of navigating the tricky issues around legal advice and litigation privilege.

Our teams of investigators come from a broad range of specialisms which provides us with the expert know how allowing us to get to the heart of the issues raised at some of the world's most prominent institutions.

While no two investigations are the same, our teams have developed a streamlined process which it applies to all investigations allowing us to conduct our investigations in the most time and cost effective way.
