He has extensive experience running and managing large-scale litigation mandates including e-discovery projects.

    • Advising a major global steel producer in defending professional negligence proceedings in the High Court related to the construction of a wastewater treatment facility 
    • Advising in relation to numerous defamation disputes, acting on behalf of professional bodies, societies and media production companies 
    • Advising a specialist trustee service provider in relation to High Court proceedings issued by a professional regulator as well the related high-profile liquidation of an investment firm, arising out of losses suffered by Irish investors totalling approximately €100 million
