- Eduardo worked as a corporate lawyer for leading national and multinational companies in Mexico
- He also acquired litigation experience by handling large portfolios including civil, commercial, and administrative matters
- He leads teams in M&A’s operations, cross-border placements and day-to-day operations of insurance and reinsurance companies
- Eduardo currently focus his practice on Corporate, M&A, Regulatory and Insurance
