Franc is a Senior Associate within the firm’s London Global team / Casualty Property group, and specialises in marine and energy work. He advises on direct and reinsurance claims, as well as acting on behalf of leading international insurers and (re)insurers involving major property and energy losses, usually with an international element. He has represented clients in different jurisdictions around the world, with an extensive experience across the Latin American region.

He also handles all forms of marine / transport claims, including transport liability in relation to loss of or damage to cargo at sea or carried by road, rail or air. He has considerable experience of first party cargo claims, including project cargo and related DSU claims, as well as ports and terminal losses. Franc’s practice focuses on claims, coverage disputes and recovery actions relating to offshore energy construction and operating risks.

Franc works on most of the arbitration proceedings handled within the firm's Marine, Energy and Transport team.  

Franc is admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and as an Abogado in Spain.
