She has over 10 years’ experience advising both developers and landowners on all aspects of land acquisition/disposal and development including site assembly, option agreements, conditional contracts, overage, affordable housing, sale/acquisition of serviced parcels, joint ventures, promotion, hybrid agreements, collaboration agreements and development agreements. Her key clients include national housebuilders such as Crest Nicholson and Taylor Wimpey as well as local developers of residential and commercial/mixed use development.

Frances’ vast technical experience coupled with her easy to engage with nature makes her invaluable to her clients’.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• A national housebuilder on its joint venture with a national housing association for the development and delivery of 920 new homes in Bristol.
• A joint venture client on its acquisition of land at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol for the delivery of up to 1,000 new homes.
• A national housebuilder on its acquisition of key strategic land in Bristol City Centre for residential development on a subject to planning deal.
