Guillermo leads the Corporate team in our Chile office. 

He specialises in corporate law, capital markets, contracts, and employment law. He advises shareholders and boards of directors of both open and close corporations in corporate fields. He also represents them before the authority in processes of issuing public offer instruments within the Chilean security market, such as shares, bonds and promissory notes.

Guillermo's late experience includes:

• Setting up life insurance company and supporting its legal needs on corporate, commercial and regulatory issues;

• Structuring, wording and enrolling promissory notes, to be offered and sold within the Chilean Security Market;

• Structuring, wording and enrolling bonus issuance contract, to be offered and sold within Chilean Security Market;
• Advising a life insurance company on corporate matters;
• Advising a finance institution on a loan agreement with foreign banks.

Guillermo has been qualified in 1993 and joined DAC Beachcroft in 2012.
