Miguel Ángel, who leads the international aspects of DAC Beachcroft’s business in Mexico, has represented both national and foreign clients with operations in Mexico, particularly businesses in the insurance, reinsurance, banking and financial sectors.
He has extensive experience advising on claims management and structuring policy wordings, mainly in Property and Casualty, Aviation, Marine and Energy, including Financial Lines. He also provides regulatory and compliance advice to insurers, as well as offering corporate advice related to M&A, financing and corporate governance.
