Biografía
Pablo is an associate in DAC Beachcroft's Madrid office since 2021. He joined DAC Beachcroft after more than six years of experience in the international legal arena.
Pablo specialises in advising Spanish and foreign insurance and reinsurance companies on D&O, Professional Indemnity and W&I claims under Spanish law.
Pablo´s practice includes both the pre-contentious advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, and the contentious defence of insurance companies with the Spanish Courts in a wide range of jurisdictions as civil, criminal, labour, etc.
Pablo studied a double degree in Law and Business Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, obtaining 15 honor distinctions. Pablo is fluent in English and is a member of the Madrid Bar Association
