Richard specialises in asset management and has experience of a wide range of real estate matters.

He has over 8 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including telecommunications, utilities and retail and his key clients include Telefónica UK and Cornerstone.

Richard’s specialism is telecommunications and he advises a number of operators in respect of all aspects of their network's estates.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• Cornerstone on completing over 1,000 agreements within a financial year in order to exceed targets for the roll out of upgraded infrastructure throughout the UK.
• Telefónica to acquire the right to build and connect into bespoke DAS telecommunications systems within buildings of key strategic importance. This has enabled Telefónica to deliver services to customers in busy locations which otherwise have no or reduced coverage.
• A number of asset management clients (including within the health and retail sectors) in respect of the grant of code agreements for the installation of fixed line, mobile and in-build electronic communications apparatus and the grant of leases and deeds of grant to electricity and gas distribution network operators.
