Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft is pleased to confirm that its Members have elected three new members to its LLP Group Board.

The new Board members are: London-based Insurance partner Patrick Hill, London-based Employment partner Udara Ranasinghe and Bristol-based Corporate partner James Reed.  The trio take up their appointments with effect from 1 November 2023 for an initial three-year term.

Led by Senior Partner Virginia Clegg, DAC Beachcroft's LLP Group Board is the firm's senior governing body and is responsible for setting and monitoring the strategic direction of the business.  Other members of the ten-strong Board are: Managing Partner David Pollitt, Chief Financial Officer Claire Chellam and Member-elected partners Lisa Broderick and Marcus Campbell.  The Board also counts Non-Executive Directors Ian Starkey and Kathryn Bishop as members. 

Commenting on the new appointments, Virginia Clegg said, “I am very pleased to welcome Udara back to the Board and to have Patrick and James joining for the first time.  Together they bring strong international experience, as well as proven leadership skills and financial acumen.  I am confident they will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our strategic aims.
