The first accolade, the Claims Collaboration of the Year award, was in recognition of the team’s work with Zurich Insurance to develop the insurance industry’s first fraud detection algorithm for EL/PL claims. The team’s second award of the evening was for its collaborative work in motor fraud with Aviva, which was awarded the title of  Combatting Fraud – Collaboration of the Year.

Held annually in London, guests at the awards include senior claims and counter fraud professionals from many of DACB’s customers.

Collecting the two awards together with counter fraud partner, Dan Prince, Claire Laver, partner and head of counter fraud, commented, “We are delighted that our counter fraud services  have been recognised with two awards. It was a great honour to collect the accolades on the behalf of our hugely talented team.”
