Craig is DAC Beachcroft's Head of Strategic Services.  He has over 25 years’ experience in dealing with complex road traffic, employers' liability and public liability claims and also in leading motor and liability teams through process change.  He was responsible for setting up and leading DAC Beachcroft's first volume litigation team in Manchester and has created numerous internal process documents and team structure models designed to improve claim cycle times and lower indemnity spend.    Craig also leads on a number of DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited’s largest client relationships.

Craig has overall responsibility for both the strategic direction and financial performance of the Strategic service line and therefore plays a central role in leading the drive to achieve a number of the stated objectives of DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited:

• To establish DAC Beachcroft Claims Limited as the number one provider of legal claims services in the UK in all chosen classes of business.
• To be known for its differentiated services, products, clearly established unique selling points (USPs), innovation and ability to solve its clients problems.
• To improve performance levels through a combination of focused business planning, organic client and product development, operational and process improvement and targeted recruitment activity.
• To reorganise its business in a way that allows it to deliver an improved, high quality legal claims service, attract and retain the best talent and position its services in a way which is aligned with its clients' needs.
