Daniel is dual qualified in Ireland and England and Wales, having qualified in DAC Beachcroft’s London office before relocating to Ireland.

He advises local and London Market insurers in defence of professional indemnity claims in a range of disciplines (including construction professionals, accountants, solicitors, financial advisors and brokers), D&O claims, and cyber coverage claims. Daniel also advises on policy coverage issues such as notification, misrepresentation, policy interpretation and aggregation.
