David joined DAC Beachcroft Mexico in 2021, currently working with the regional office in Chile and our parent company in London to develop the recovery business in Latin America. 

He has been recognized as a Recommended Lawyer by Legal 500 Latin America – 2021.

Featured experience:

• David retains vast insurance experience in Argentina, Brazil and Mexico, where he has been relocated as part of his work duties.
• Has extensive experience in establishing insurance claims subrogation strategies (large & complex) in all lines of business, including: Marine claims (cargo and general average); P&C; and financial lines.
• David is responsible for subrogation and recovery actions from notice to closure (on judicial and non-judicial basis) against local and international parties all across Latam.
• He also has a strong experience solving coverage disputes, survey and adjustment (marine and P&C claims), and general legal advising in insurance matters.
