David has over 15 years’ experience of advising domestic and London Market insurer clients in respect of casualty litigation in the Republic of Ireland. He deals with high value complex and catastrophic injury cases and has experience in defending criminal prosecutions and managing bespoke TPA services for insurer clients.

David is dual qualified in the Republic of Ireland and England and Wales. He has experience in advising and translating the key differences between international jurisdictions and tailoring advice to clients accordingly.

David is a member of Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Litigation Committee.
