Ken Forsyth is a partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution department, and acts in a wide range of commercial disputes in various sectors, including financial institutions, health, industrial goods and services and technology/telecoms.

The core of Ken's practice is substantial contractual disputes, but he also deals with procurement disputes, intellectual property disputes, shareholder disputes, injunctions, regulatory issues and disciplinary proceedings.

Much of Ken's work has an international flavour. For example, he has acted in disputes emanating from France, Germany, India, Kuwait, Russia, Moldova, Montenegro, South Africa, Spain and the USA.

In addition to resolving disputes through mediation and litigation, Ken deals with arbitration proceedings, including ad hoc and ICC arbitrations.
