Laura Clayburn is a Partner working in the Construction and Engineering Group.

She deals with contentious matters on behalf of insurance clients and commercial clients, and has experience of a range of dispute resolution procedures including adjudication, arbitration and mediation, as well as litigation. 

Laura has a broad range of experience in defending professional negligence claims for construction professionals including structural engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, design and build contractors and specialist sub-contractors.

She also advises insurance clients on construction all risks, and liability claims arising on construction and engineering projects, as well as advising on insurance policy coverage issues generally.

Laura qualified in 2008 and joined DAC Beachcroft LLP in 2011.
