Leon specialises in construction, engineering and technology dispute resolution, in particular claims against professionals including architects, surveyors and engineers. He also acts on behalf of public and private sector clients on disputes arising out of complex construction, engineering and technology appointments.

Leon is experienced in managing civil litigation and adjudication proceedings as well as many forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He also represents property estates managers and construction professionals before industry and regulatory bodies, professional conduct hearings and disciplinary tribunals (including the RIBA, ARB and RICS).

Leon is a Council Member of the Bristol Law Society (former Honorary Secretary) and takes part in hosting/chairing the Society’s official webinars on current developments in litigation, insurance and civil procedure. Leon has also provided legal training, both via DACB’s Bristol Broker Breakfast and in-house.
