• In a sports injury paraplegic case, in which liability was denied. Louise secured settlement to include costs for a fraction of the true value of the case with significant indemnity spend savings achieved as a result.
• On policy cover, where she saved her client over £4m following a full arbitration hearing. The outcome vindicated early that there was no cover under the policy following the policyholder’s breach.
• In a traumatic head injury case; working collaboratively with the claimant’s solicitor to ensure the claimant received all required support and treatment to include private surgery to speed recovery; ultimately securing early settlement with resultant cost savings.
