Biografía
Nikki specialises in defending substantial clinical negligence claims, including catastrophic brain injury claims, wrongful birth claims, spinal claims, suicide claims, and other fatal claims. She also acts for insurers on a wide variety of clinical negligence claims across all areas of medical practice. Nikki also has experience of advising on fatal claims arising abroad, involving complex issues of jurisdiction and choice of law.
Nikki currently has conduct of a mixed case load of high-value, technically challenging claims. Her key clients include NHS Resolution, various NHS Trusts, and a number of medical malpractice and life science insurers.
She also regularly delivers training to clients, and writes articles around her areas of expertise.
