Robert specialises in the housebuilding sector, working with large and specialist residential developers, on projects that include complex estate regeneration and joint ventures.

Robert has over 35 years’ experience advising clients across the housing field. His key clients include Taylor Wimpey Plc, Countryside Properties Plc, Bellway and CALA Homes.

Relevant experience includes:

• Acting for Countryside Properties in the estate regeneration of a large south London estate involving complex joint venture and procurement issues.
• Acting for Taylor Wimpey Plc in the acquisition of a major development site in the home counties.
• Acting for a new development company in the delivery of energy efficient modular housing.
• Acting for a major listed retail investment company in a proposed retail repurposing of an existing site for high rise residential development.
