Virginia Clegg has been the Senior Partner of DAC Beachcroft LLP since November 2015. She was previously Regional Senior Partner of the firm's Leeds office from 2010 to 2015.

Virginia practises as a real estate lawyer and has been a leader in the firm's commercial property practice since joining the firm in 2002. She leads multi-disciplinary teams acting for some of the UK's most significant property developers and owners, as well as food retailers, advising them on investment and funding issues, development and asset management.

She has long been an inspirational  force for cultural evolution within the firm and a champion of talent development. As Senior Partner, part of her role is to ensure our environment creates value for both our clients and our people in support of a sustainable future. Diversity and inclusion initiatives, agile working and the embedding of Cultural Principles are a particular current focus.
