She has been involved in high-profile major losses in respect of aircraft and helicopters, facilitating the handling of claims and settlement processes, investigating the circumstances and reporting to reinsurers on the extent of their liability, and managing initial payments to support the immediate financial needs of the passengers and their families. She has also handled injury claims from casualties on the ground and property damage.

Jessica receives instructions in respect of third-party damage claims within the aviation sector, including damage to aircrafts and airside vehicles/equipment arising from ground handling incidents. 

Jessica is adept at advising clients in relation to their liability pursuant to various regimes, including, amongst others, the Montreal Convention 1999. 

Due to the international nature of Jessica’s case load, she is skilled at dealing with litigation in multiple jurisdictions, and has developed excellent relationships with local counsel, ensuring that clients are appropriately represented wherever a claim is brought.
