Lisa specialises in providing advice to the healthcare sector on all types of property matters.

She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients across a range of sectors including acute, mental health and community NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts, primary care providers, Integrated Care Boards and private sector health and social care providers and charities.

Lisa specialises in property disposals acquisitions, site developments, strategic estate rationalisation, property portfolio management, landlord and tenant and related planning and environmental matters and primary care premises strategy, funding and policy.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS FT and University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS FT on the reconfiguration and redevelopment of sites under the New Hospital Programme including extensive due diligence and strategic advice on acquisition and development processes
• Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust on the £19m redevelopment of the front entrance at Hull Royal Infirmary including complex project co-ordination involving lease terminations, tenant relocation and works agreement for leases for incoming retail tenants
• South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS FT on its new Community Diagnostic Facility in Wakefield
