    Sinead Morgan is a Legal Director in DAC Beachcroft Dublin's employment team. She advises on all aspects of employment law and IR issues from recruitment of employees to contract drafting and termination of employment. She is also experienced in defending employers before the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Labour Court, Circuit and High Courts. She regularly advises employers on various internal issues guiding them through investigations and disciplinary processes and resolving issues through dispute resolution processes such as mediation.

    Relevant experience includes:

    • Supporting various employers through complex individual and collective redundancy/restructuring processes, addressing issues and disputes as they arose.
    • Providing comprehensive employment support to clients in due diligence processes to include advising on transfer of undertakings, completion of lengthy due diligence exercises and addressing post-completion drafting and advisory work.
    • Lead employment law advisor to various clients advising on all employment law issues to include but not limited to grievances and disciplinary matters, equality issues, employee benefits and exits of a senior staff.

    Sinead regularly tutors in employment law for the Law Society of Ireland. She has experience designing and running tailored training sessions for clients in various sectors with a focus on developing areas of law, for example, protected disclosures and remote and flexible working. She has also presented on various topics for Legal Island, CIPD and CMG Events on areas such as unfair dismissals, contract variations, the Transparent and Predictable Working Regulations 2022, developments in immigration law and leave entitlements.
