Overview

International law firm DAC Beachcroft has welcomed Paul Baker as a partner in its Global Insurance practice in London.

Paul, who is a specialist in Credit and Political Risks Insurance (CPRI) and international arbitration, joins DACB from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, where he joined as a legal counsel in 2019 from Clyde & Co.

Paul's particular specialisms are in the fields of political risk, trade credit, terrorism and political violence insurance. He also brings significant experience working for commercial entities and foreign states in international commercial and investor-state arbitration.
