Biographie
Beatriz regularly advises a wide range of clients in high-stakes civil and commercial disputes before federal and state courts throughout the country. She has focused her practice mainly on disputes related to financial institutions and services, insolvency proceedings and national arbitration before the CAM and the CANACO. She also participated in the first Judicial Bank Liquidation Proceeding under the Law of Credit Institutions. Beatriz has advised clients on trusts, fiduciary duties, debt restructurings, commercial companies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and other matters related to commercial transactions, from a litigation standpoint.
