Chloe specialises in real estate litigation and leads our real estate litigation team in Glasgow. She deals with the full spectrum of property disputes in Scotland, with an emphasis on landlord and tenant law and telecommunications law.

Chloe acts for national operators, commercial landlords/tenants and financial institutions covering commercial and industrial portfolios across Scotland, including shopping centres, industrial estates, office and business blocks, high street portfolios and ECC sites. She has years of experience in asset management as well as Lands Tribunal, Sheriff Court and Court of Session disputes.

Chloe is a committee member of the Scottish sub-committee of the Property Litigation Association and the nationwide Junior Property Litigation Association. She regularly works across the UK and is currently studying for dual qualification in England and Wales.
